Summer 2025
In the summer of 2025, I volunteered at the Jiangsu Super League, a major soccer tournament that brought together teams and fans from across the region. My responsibilities included maintaining order, guiding spectators, and assisting with logistics during match days.
Though I wasn’t on the field, I experienced firsthand how much teamwork and coordination happen off the pitch to make an event run smoothly. Working with other volunteers and staff taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
This behind-the-scenes experience gave me a new appreciation for large events — it’s the quiet, collective efforts that make the moments of excitement possible.
